Now using this schematic, the MOS transistor will heat up and the current will reach 650mA. I don't know why
Can you help me check if the schematic is correct and how to handle MOS overheating issues?

Tony,

After review with one of our experts, we are having a tough time making sense of the schematic. It seems like you're trying to achieve a higher output power on the antenna driver by adding transistors, but we don't see any antenna on the schematic.

We made once a reference schematic with the option of boosting up the antenna drive on our demo reader RI-ACC-ADC2 as attached.

Schematic on page 9 of the attached manual provides a solution using UCC27424 with a supply voltage option 5V or 12V

Recommendation would be to follow the example schematic.

Other alternative would be to use TRF4320 device which is able to directly drive up to 20V into the antenna.
