Those are from MIFARE DESFire specifications, and we cannot comment on that as those specifications are covered under NDA. You will have to contact NXP for information.

Okay. But do I also need them to authenticate a blank MIFARE Plus tag? Tips on how I should go about it?

Hello Pedro,

I have not worked with MIFARE Plus before so I am not certain myself, again these are questions that need to be directed to the tag vendor - NXP. If you have details about what you need to do, and have questions about how to do them with the TRF7970A, then that is something we can help with, but otherwise it is outside of the scope of what we can support from the TI side.
