Hi, I need to know what would be the best antenna protection for a CC1310, currently I am using modules from the supplier ebyte. www.ebyte.com/.../new-view-info.aspx
I need to know what kind of protection to use, like some recommended ESD diode.

You can use https://www.ti.com/lit/gpn/tpd1e0b04. We use this on some of the Launchpads.

Dear TER;

I asked the same question in another topic, concerning protection of CC2530 2.4Ghz devices:

It was recommended to use the same ESD diode TPD1E0B04, my doubt is.
Does this diode work well for two different frequencies?
CC2530 2.4Ghz TPD1E0B04?
CC1310 915Mhz TPD1E0B04?

In the past we used an TPD1E0B04DPYR diode as antenna protection, but this diode produces signal attenuation.

Based on figure 10 and 11 in the datasheet for this doide the response is fairly equal both for sub 1-GHz and 2.4 GHz. We have not seen any issues with attenuation using this diode. Do you have some data on how much attenuation you saw and how you measured this? Did you see a clear difference with the diode mounted vs not mounted?
