CC110L: Is that part 1:1 compatible to CC1101?

Hi,

TI states that 110L is 1:1 compatible with 1101.

Is that true, both for layout/matching and programming?
Means: if I design something for 110L, I could use 1101 as replacement without adjustments?

What are the differences between those both?

Hi GGA,

From a layout perspective, they are 1-1 compatible (the CC1101 reference designs are also applicable to the CC110L).

So, software differences would become apparent only if you tried to use features unsupported on the CC110L, otherwise code is reusable.
