The CC1352P7 supports QPSK mod in IEEE 802.15.4 protocol at 2.4GHz. How do we make use of QPSK modulation for a proprietary protocol in 2.4 GHz?

If you would like to evaluate IEEE 802.15.4 OQPSK phy, you can use Smart RF Studio 7 for this: SMARTRFTM-STUDIO-7
After you install SmartRF Studio 7, connect your LaunchPad to the computer and open the software.
You will find the CC1352P7 device in the device option list:
Double click on it and select IEEE 802.15.4 mode in the message box that pops up:
In the new window that opens up you will find the PHY:

Can OQPSK mod be also used in 'Proprietery mode' ?
For example, in CC1352P7, in proprietery mode, the max data rate in 2.4 GHz band is 250kbps using MSK. I am interested in using OQPSK or similar modulation scheme, in propretery mode and achieve a 500kbps data rate or more. Even though it is not supported by default in Smart RF Studio 7, kindly let me know if there is way to achieve this somehow?

Unfortunately, IEEE 802.15.14 OQPSK cannot be used in proprietary mode.
Based on that your main goal is to achieve a data rate of 500 kbps or higher in proprietary mode @ 2.4GHz, my suggestion is to use one of the BLE PHYs with the Tx and Rx proprietary commands. This is not supported in SmartRF Studio, but can be tested using the rfDiagnostics example found in the SDK.
The commands for propietary Tx and Rx are CMD_PROP_TX and CMD_PROP_RX. The radio setup is done using the CMD_BLE5_RADIO_SETUP for the BLE phys.
