SMARTRFTRXEBK: CC1101EM - 433mhz package receiver

Part Number: SMARTRFTRXEBK

Tool/software:

I have been trying to receive packages from both a RF Light switch and from an Arduino sending out data packages in the 433.92 range but I have not been able to receive any packages from either one of them.
On SmartRF Studios v7 I have been using the Generic 868Mhz settings and switching the Base frequency down to 433.92 but still have not received anything, I tested it on the 868 band wave with another board and it sends and receives packages fine. Is there something in the RF Parameters I should be changing in order to receive packages in 433mhz?

  • Hi Anthony, it is possible that this RF light switch does not even use FSK modulation. It could be OOK.

I invite you to do more research on the type of modulation for that RF Light Switch. It will then help you picking the right settings.

    Regards,
