i open a simple link rfwsn concentrator example project in ccs 7, in default css only generate .out file , and i download the .out file into cc1310, the chip works fine , the led blink as i expected, then a set css to generate hex file , then downliad the hex file into cc1310 .and nothing happen ,cc1310 does not work ,why?
