CC1310: Keep CCFG data with IAR

Hello,

With CCS and Flash Programmer 2, there is an option to retain the CCFG content.

CCS : Debug -> Flash Setting -> Keep CCFG data. The upper N bytes of device CCFG are kept. N is given by CCFG.CCFG_O_SIZE_AND_DIS_FLAGS

Flash Programmer 2 : Main -> Keep CCFG

How can I protect the CCFG data with IAR ?

I don't find any relevant paramters in the options

Maybe that could be done with an extra option for the linker ?

Hi Xavier,

There isn't an option in IAR as far as I know. Building with IAR and flashing with Flash Programmer 2 with the keep CCFG option checked would probably be the best solution.

I found the answer :

With IAR, I have to add the extra parameters '-k' for the flash loader (Options -> Debugger -> Download -> Override default .board file -> Edit
