CC1312R: Question with custom board with CC1190

Part Number: CC1312R
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CC1190, , LAUNCHXL-CC13-90

I'm designing a custom board with the CC1312R and the amplifier CC1190 based on the LaunchPad https://www.ti.com/tool/LAUNCHXL-CC13-90.

But I want the board to be a bit smaller and I noticed the Launchad had three 0ohm resistors between the SAW filter and the CC1190 RF IOs.

Are those components necessary for a good RF performance?

For what purpose are those 0ohm resistors?

Can I just remove those resistors and put the SAW filter closer to the CC1190 and just be symmetrical with the un-balance RF signal traces on the board?

Thank you in advance for your response.
