CC1190: Harmonics above 30dB

Part Number: CC1190

This is related to my previous thread. I now have the revised boards back and I am trying to tune the notch filters.

From simulations these filters seem extremely tight, and I couldn't get LTSpice to create a notch at the frequencies required. I have spent considerable time changing each of the 4 components by the smallest increments possible but the best value I can get is -25dB at 1.8GHz with a fundamental of +25dB.

I am pretty much stumped, I have one last question, If I connect the board up to my R&S VNA ZNLE6 do I need to the remove the PA from the board to make measurements? It is obviously powered off.
