Can you describe how to work with the CC3235 module, directly with the WiFi radio, with an external uController that bypasses the internal host CPU. We wish to manage the WiFi module and the WiFi stack externally with our own Host controller via SPI or SDIO interface?

If you prefer a host-less solution you may choose the CC3135 network processor device.

The CC3235 integrates the same network processor with an M4 application processor. You can't bypass the host, but CC3235 supports an AT-CMD interface (through an application on the M4. By default it is supported over UART) that enables external controller to access the network processor.
