Just confirm, when CC3235SF is set as secondary /responder, does GPIO16 (GSPI_MOSI) still input/output?

GSPI_MOSI can be set as input only.

Thank you for your response.

Taking the GPIO16 (GSPI_MOSI) for example, when CC3235SF is a master, only "MO" ，because CC3235SF is an output only, and when CC3235SF is a slave, needs "SI",because CC3235SF is an input only. Other SPI pins are the same. Is this correct?

Same rules (but opposite direction) go for MISO.
