Hi,

Sure, ADS1299 is compatible with CC3235MODSF. Communication with ADS1299 is done via SPI interface with up to 20MHz. For more details see datasheet for ADS1299 and example how to use SPI at CC32xx devices you find at "spimaster" demo at CC32xx SDK.
