CC3235SF: How to read the content stored in sFlash?

Here's the request from the customer:

There is a problem of losing FW about Customer's product with CC3235SF. It can be solved after re-burning the FW.

They doubt that if the data stored in SFlash is wrong? Is there any way to read the content inside?

Is there any reason for the problem of losing FW?

Could you help check this case? Thanks.
