Hi, I see that the SimpleLink crypto module FIPS certificate has a sunset date of 8/28/23, coming up soon. Are there plans to update this to keep the certification current? Thanks!

Hi,

It is not possible to extend the FIPS for SL Gen 3. It’s because the window for creating a new or extending a FIPS 140-2 certification closed last year. The only option would be to go to FIPS 140-3 but as of now there is no intention to do it.
