Hello,

I'm working on SPI communication to write/read operation with an external MCU (non OS) using CC3220SF-LAUNCHXL.

I didn"t find any example as a starting point to test this communication. Could anyone provide an example ? (example of uART is useful too)

Is the spiperiphale & spicontroller example could be useful in this case ?

Hello Edd,

I would recommend checking out the TI Driver examples found in the SDK, like you stated the spiperipheral and controller would be where I would start to get familiar with the spi driver apis for the cc3235. As for UART I recommend the uart2echo example.

Those examples are useful with a non-TI, nonOS MCU ?

Hi Edd,

Those examples would only run on a TI MCU but as the spi protocol is standard the non TI MCU will probably have their own api implementation to run spi, which would allow you to communicate between both the TI MCU and the non TI MCU.
