Let's start with debugging your launch pad setup.
There, as seen within the photo you've provided, I've notice that you connected the XDS debug probe to the launch pad.
Since there is already an XDS component on board the launch pad there is no need to connect another one in series as you've done.
There is, however, a way to pass it, but if you wish to simply use it then using the one within the board will be simple and easy.

Thanks for the reply.

We confirmed that there is no problem with Launchpad, but it still does not download on our custom board.

Is there anything wrong with our schematics? we also refer to the LUNCHCC3235MOD schematics as is.

We have seen documentation that it will only be downloaded if the distance between the device and the probe is less than 15 cm.

I thought this was the cause, so I modified the schematic so that the xds110's 14pin adapter could be plugged directly into the board.

1. Can you check if there is a problem with the schematic?

To be able program CC32xx device using JTAG/SWD, it need to be at development mode. Device can be switched into development mode using UART and Sysconfig image creator or Uniflash software. Do you have switched device into development mode?

btw ... your connection of TMDSEMU110-U to your LaunchPad is not correct. You cannot connect external XDS110 debugger to J2 connector, because this connector is connected directly to on-board XDS110. You need to use J6. For more details see schematic for LP.

Hi,

No. Settings at Syconfig does mean nothing. Image in development mode need to be programmed inside device. This is done via UART. If you want to validate whether your device is at development mode, you can use Uniflash software.

Hi,

It looks like issue with UART connection or reset pin, because Uniflash is unable to connect. Can you test with XDS-110 from LaunchPad? You can connect XDS-110 from LP to your board.

Personally I would not recommand to use TMDSEMU110-U with CC32xx. Much better, cheaper and without problem is to use XDS-110 from LP to you own hardware.

Hi,

For proper connection with Uniflash software it mandatory to connect reset of CC32xx. At LaunchPad this is done via pin PA6 of on board XDS-110. I am not sure where and if pin PA6 is connected at TMDSEMU110-U AUX connector. Maybe one of GPIO pins, who know. You can check by yourself is some pin is toggled during Uniflash connection attempt.

At your image is missing control of reset pin of CC32xx. From this reason Uniflash connection cannot work. Also make sure that you not have exchanged RX and TX lines.
