It's hard to say no affection. But I don't think that WIFI would cause the zigbee packet corrupt.

In ZigBee HA how is channel selection done? What API is used here?

When ZC starts a new Zigbee network, it would scan all the allowable channels (usually start from channel 11 to 26). If noise level is less than a threshold on the scan channel, it would use the channel to form network.

Can in this case ZC change the channel?

Frequency Agility

ZigBee’s operation at 2.4GHz is aided by the choice of 16 available channels. The frequency agility function makes using these extra channels easier. When a network is first formed the node seeks a channel with the least noise or traffic. If over time extra traffic appears or noise becomes present the host application can scan for a better channel and move the whole network to the new channel allowing the network to adapt over time to changing RF environments.

Yes, ZC supposes to take care of everything by itself

For this do we need to enable any settings in ZigBee or it is taken care internally.

ZIGBEE_FREQ_AGILITY is default enable in Z-Stack so you don't have to do anything.

I was able to observer one kind of interfernce pattern but it occurs sometimes.

I have a preconifgured ZigBee network with one coordinator and others as Routers. Here when I placed ZigBee coordinator near WiFi Router I was to observe that there are packet loss (or atleast the attribute read was failure), but when I kept the same ZigBee Coordinator away from WiFi Router everything was working great.

What could be the reason for this, cant this be handled by ZigBee Frequency Agility?

I am not sure Z-Stack Frequency Agility would work on your case. I would suggest you to change to another channel manual first.

How do I change channel manually?

I mean you can change channel mask in f8wconfig.cfg to make ZC form Zigbee network on another channel.

This could be a temporary solution. But on site installtion (i.e. at customers place) this cant be done. We will need a better solution for this.

As I told you, you can enable Frequency Agility. However, I don't know if it works on your case.
