CC2650EM-5XD-RD: End device not associating.

Make sure your device hasn’t join any Zigbee network previously.

it has joined the same network previously.Now also it is trying to join the same network but it is not getting associated as we can see in sniffer log

If the same device has joined the same network, it should send rejoin request to rejoin. However, it doesn’t so I think the device has joined other Zigbee network. Please try to factory reset the device and test again.

there is no other network ,only one network is there.

What do you do to device before packet no-2142802? Power cycle?

No, I have not done anything to device, it was deployed and running.The device is powered by CR2032 coin cell.
suddenly I have checked the sniffer log and I have observed that it is not associating to the network.

What is the short address of your end device? Why do you know packet no-2142802 is sent by your end device?
