BQ24092: can i use diod to create 3v for CC2530?

Just to be clear--The connection between bq24092 and Li-Ion battery should be direct with no additional components.
Between Li-Ion battery and CC2530 how to reduce the voltage from 4.2V to max of 3.9V. I would suggest a low Iq LDO, some to start with TLV707P, LP5910, TPS7A10 or others.

my question was this : can i put somthing  like SM160A to lower that to 3.8 ? is it efficient?

for now I can't buy another ic in time but for future I'll buy TLV707P , (remember just one  of the ic that u suggest input voltage is greater than 3.3 )but for now can I use SM160A to strep down voltage?

in low current SM160A forward voltage is just 0.3V

The CC2530 team can probably assist with input voltage requirements to the device and the best way to go from 4.2V to a safe voltage.

The CC2530 maximum operating supply voltage is 3.6 V so a low-current forward voltage of 0.3 V will not suffice, you really should only use a LDO.

recommended min voltage is 2v

absolute max voltage 3.9

so 0.3 will be good

I try 3.9 on it and it work fine

all ldo either input voltage is less than 4.1 or quiescent current is more than 10uA

TI cannot guarantee device stability or longevity with this voltage.
