Hi Sir

May i clarify how to use  INA200 reset pin?

From note 1, if i connect the reset pin to high,  whatever "Vin voltage is > 0.6V" or "Vin voltage is < 0.6V" . Cmpout will always high. right??

if INA200 Cmpot work normal, i need connect reset pin to GND? right

Could you also help more explain figure28 due to i have confuse it.

From Figure 29,My customer hope the application is when OCP occur, then turn off the PMOS.

  • Hi Chen,

    1. Correct. If RESET is high at power-up, the comparator output comes up high and requires a reset to assume a low state.
    2. Correct, if "normal" means transparent mode (comparator updates continuously based on current state).
    3. In this application the system's shutdown when an over current occurs. Make sure you have latching capability and any shunt location (Option 1, 2 or 3) can be used.
