INA214: Figure 17 Question

Are the x-axis time variables really 100ms/div in figure 17 of the data sheet for the INA214?

This seems like a long reaction time. Should these actually be 100us/div? Or is this just showing how the part will react with small input voltage (low over-drive)? The part is specified to operate with a 10mV signal full-scale.
