Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TLC27L4

I'm looking for a TLC27L4 in TSSOP package and industrial temp. According to TI website, this part exists: TLC27L4IPW (TLC27L4IPWR for tape and reel), but according to its datasheet, this package is not available in industrial temp.

 

Could you confirm I can use this part? And where can I find an up-to-date datasheet?

    Hello Xavier,

    I checked with Marketing Engineering and the Product Planner and they have confirmed that the TLC27L4IPWR is available. Although it is not listed in the table on data sheet page 2, it is listed as ACTIVE in the status column on page 39. 

    The confusion may lie in that the data sheet lists being updated in August 1994; however, the table on page 39 lists being updated 10-Jun-2014. The table 2 information likely relates to the 20+ year old information. I doubt that the 14-pin TSSOP was available in 1994.
