Hi, This is Martin Roemer from Germany. We are using a drv8302 to drive a brushless dc motor. In order to brake down the connected mechanics in the case of mains fail, we want to aktivate the lower three Fet's to shorten the windings of the motor. This activation shall be done by a charged capacitor which is switched to the gates.
The user manual describes the outputs being loades with a weak pull down when PVDD is down.
Now my question: How weak is the weak pull down. The charge of the capacitor must by high enough to drive the Gates and the weak pull downs for abaut 5 seconds.
