LM2904 / VOH(min) vs temperature

Hi Team,

My customer wants to see the graph of "VOH(min) vs temperature" of LM2904.

He needs the graphs(data) under the following two condition.
1) Vcc=5V, RL=2kΩ
2) Vcc=5V, RL=open(no load)

Is there any graph(data) for this requirement?

Yaita-san,

There is no 5V VOH minimum data sheet parameter.

I do have characterization VOH [2k and 10k] for process splits, nominal, low and high [plus control units].

Thank you for your characterization.
However I couldn't figure out the meaning of nominal, low, high and control...
Could you explain the meaning?

It seems the value of "high" is the lowest value.
May I consider the value as worst case?

CONTROL_C are normal production units.
HIGH_H are test units with intentional high process parameters
LOW_L are test units with intentional low process parameters
NOMINAL_N are tests unit with nominal process parameters

The intention is to cover full range of process, but that is not always the case for every parameter.

The good news is that there is automated test to ensure 25C VOH is at least 3.5V
Yes, we say that the minimum voltage is 3.5V@25deg
