OPA541SM TO-3 PIN OUT not shown in datasheet

I am using OPA541SM...note the SM portion. The 8 pin package. In the datasheet there is no reference in the datasheet as to which pins are for which function. There is a reference to the 11-pin package pin out functions but not the 8 pin. I hope I missed something simple because this is datasheet 101....Can someone please tell me which pins are for which function?

    Hi Daniel,

    Addendum, Page 1, of the OPA541 datasheet lists the OPA541SM as NRND - Not Recommended for New Designs. That usually indicates that the product is no longer in production and it is being supplied from existing stock. At some point and time it will be depleted and listed as obsolete. However, the 11-pin TO-220 version of the product will continue to be supplied after that happens.

    I searched for an old revision of the OPA541 datasheet online and found one that provides the 8-pin, TO-3 package information. It should provide you the information you need to use this package version:
