looking for comparator low power

Feed the comparator from internal power 3-5v

But the comparator should monitor the battery voltage (typically 12v, but it can reach to 40v)

With hysteresis -v=8v +v=10v

Hello Eli,

40V is too high to directly feed into any devices. It will have to be externally divided down with (large) resistors.

What is the power budget? What is the maximum tolerable "leakage" load on the batteries.

I am not clear on your "-V" and "+V".

Do you want a window comparator with 8 and 10V thresholds?

Or an asymmetrical hysteresis of 8V falling and 10V rising?

5V input can be o.k

we have comparator with ADJ hysteresis LMP7300

But the max hysteresis that it can allow is 100mv,

The requirement hysteresis is around 1.5v

Any other solution?
