Part Number: OPA2541

This is regarding package option addendum dated 15 april 2017  for opa2541 opamp which shows op temp for AM,BM AND SM ARE -55 TO +125 DEGREE. Is it same for all? please clarify.

    Hi Srinivas,

    It appears that there may be some issues in the datasheet. I'll look into this and see if I can find a better answer. It looks like the AM and BM devices are -25°C - 85°C parts, while the SM and SMQ are -55°C - 125°C rated.

    All grades should be functional across the full temperature range (as in the absolute maximum specifications), but datasheet performance is only guaranteed within the temperatures above.
