As above snapshot VOS is given at VS=5V. What are the min and maximum values for VS=3.3V.

    Yashashree,

    The OPA4317 Vos specifications apply across the entire range of supply voltage and temperature.  Thus, while the maximum/minimum +/-90uV limit applies from 1.8V to 5.5V specified supply voltage at 25C, the max/min limit of +/-100uV also includes temperature variation from -40C to 125C.
