INA199: can ina199 bi-directional idetect

Thanks for considering to use Texas Instruments in your design.  The INA199 can be used for bi-directional measurements.  Below are two examples of how you can set the REF Pin.  Theses examples assume half of your measurement range is reverse current, and the other half is forward current.  If you want a larger reverse current range, you will need to raise the REF above V+/2.
