Based on pg 1 of the LMH6629 datasheet schematic below:

1. if I set the Rf=20KOhm to get Transimpedance Gain of 20K. Cd=100pF, Input optical power =-35dBm to 0dBm.

Can I know

1. what will be the 3dB Bandwidth?

2. what should be the value of Cf?

    To answer your questions about the LMH6629 Transimpedance Amplifier, please refer to Equations 8, and 9, copied below:

    Assuming GBWP = 4GHz, Cin= 100pF, RF= 20k.

    1. f(-3dB) = 17.8MHz (from Equation 9)

    2. CF = 0.45pF (from Equation 8)
