LMP91000 and SPIO-4 temperature measurement

Hello,

I have recently purchased the LMP91000EVM with the SPIO-4 board. I have installed the GUI and I have learned how to change the different registers. I currently do not have a sensor, but I would like to start using this setup to measure temperature. I would like to be better familiar with everything before connecting our sensor.

Could you help me measure the temperature in the LMP91000 GUI? I am not sure of the settings I need.

Hello Theresa,

welcome to our forum.
Could it be possible that you are asking about the LMP90100 instead of the LMP91000?
Those two are completely different devices.

Hello Joachim,

Thank you for the prompt reply. No, I do mean the LMP91000EVM. I hope to later use the LMP91000 with some custom made sensors. I plan to connect my own sensor to the CE, WE, and RE electrodes. In the mean time, I want to test board functionality by reading the built in temperature sensor.

Thank you Joachim,

I believe I solved my problem. Even though I don't have a sensor attached, I still need to select a sensor in the GUI before it will allow me to take a temperature measurement.
