ISO124 issue for a non-isolated output.

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ISO124

Team,

My customer Delta is using ISO124 to do a high-side signal sensing.

The high-side signal is based on a switching power supply output which range is from 200V to 750V, and reference to GND.

While the switching power output is short to GND, the ISO124 output can track the high-side input signal.

CH4 is Vin, and CH3 is Vout of ISO124.

But while we turn on the swithcing power and make the output range at 200V~750V.

The output of ISO124 is quite strange.

It cannot track the input signal, and output a negative voltage.

Please comment if any, thanks.

And if we change the ISO124 output to a isolated output, not reference to GND, the ISO124 will be damaged and fail to work.

How to improve this?
