OPA128: Top and Side Markings Required

Part Number: OPA128

Hello TI,

I need the Top and Side Markings for the OPA128SM.

Can you send us a reference picture or diagrams of the CAN package top and side markings?

 We are finding different markings on these parts within each date code.  We want to know what these markings mean.

 So far we can only find he generic package outline for reference.

    Hi Dan,

    TI does not openly provide details about device marking because of the problems with semiconductor product counterfeiters. In general, the OPA128SM topside should show the BB logo in the center, and 2 separate lines of codes that include lot code, date code and assembly location information. The side marking should only have the model number.

    If you suspect something isn't right with the product contact TI's Anti-Counterfeit Team.
