I takes the tps-65910 as our rtc source and use bsp 8.0
I can access rtc via hwclock; however the response time is very slow...

From your post it doesn't get clear. Could you provide more details?
As you can see, after issuing command "hwclock", I need to wait 10 seconds to get the rtc.

I think you misunderstood what I meant.
I can get the RTC via "hwclock"; However, it takes 10 seconds to response.
root@dra7xx-evm:~# hwclock
<Wait for 10 seconds...>
