LMC555: LMC555 SNVA703 Application Report question

Hi.

We used LMC555 and follow SNVA703 Application Report got some question need help.

The schematic on below for you check. R739 change to 5.49k Ohm. Reset pin to Vdd. 

But output is 402kHz. We need output is 600kHz and We change some resistance value got results on below. 

220pF capacitor is fixed. Please let me know where it went wrong. Thanks for help.

5.49K = 402 KHz

4.32K = 484 KHz

3.3K = 590 KHz

3.16K = 614 KHz

3K = 638 KHz

2.2K = 780 KHz
