TUSB4020BI: Low Power Mode , Active Mode

Hello,

Could you please let me know the detail(register setting or pin setting etc..) of LOW-POWER Modes and ACTIVE MODES of TUSB4020BI?

In the customer, VDD33 and VDD11 supply current is 75 mA for VDD33 and 76mA for VDD11.
I think that these current levels are active modes current but the USB device is not connected to TUSB4020BI and disconnect from the HOST(USB_DP_UP and USB_DM_UP is open for checking supply current).
Thus, I would like to know more detail of conditions for ACTIVE MODEs.

Hello,
User can't control these active and low power modes, if the Hub is not connected to a Host, it will never go to "active mode", once connected, the USB Host can put the Hub in "low power mode".
Please double check your measuring method, make sure the Hub is NOT in SMBUS mode.

Hello Elias san,

I checked the condition to the customer.
Then this high supply current is measured when GRSTz asserted Low.

Could you please let me know the supply current during Reset?
Is the supply current increased during reset?

Hello,

This is expected, when GRSTz is asserted the Hub is NOT in a low power mode but in an unconfigured mode.
