If there tpd spec for no datasheet description condition below, please let me know two points spec.

①Waveform about timing for A and Y for "VCC= 1.8 V, INPUT=3.3V, OUTPUT=1.8V、CL=15pF, RL=1MΩ"

　※Datasheet is only described 2.8ns_min and 9.9ns_max

②Min~max spec and Waveform about timing for A and Y for "VCC= 1.8 V, INPUT=3.3V, OUTPUT=1.8V、CL=15pF, RL=1MΩ"

　※Datasheet is not described this condition

Hi Satoshi,

I'm a little confused by your question. We have a min/max Tpd spec @ 1.8 V and 15pF-CL. Is that spec not what you need?

Sorry for confuse,

About ①, customer want to confirm real waveform for input and output.
If nothing waveform about ①, at first please let me know about tpd data for ②.
(It is OK to Min and Max data, waveform is nonessential)

I don't have a waveform to provide unfortunately. They would just have to use the Min and Max spec for that condition.

Yes that's where the confusion came from, I've said there was a min/ max spec in previous posts and that's what I was thinking you were looking for.

I think that above spec is Vcc=1.8V and Input=1.8V condition.
Is Vcc=1.8V and Input=3.3V condition same as 2.8ns~9.9ns?

Hi Satoshi-san,

Yes, it's for a supply of 1.8V Vcc covering that condition.
