SN74ALVCH32245: Voltage Spike on SN74AVC32T245 OE

Part Number: SN74ALVCH32245

Dear Sir/Ms.

My customer measured the waveform of SN74AVC32T245 and found that the waveform exceeded the specification.
The problem points are as follows:
When measuring the / OE PIN voltage, the customer found that its state would exceed 3.6V during the dc level peak conversion. So I would like to ask if this will affect the normal operation of this IC?
If so, please help and tell me how to deal with this problem. How to solve this problem?

Best Regards,

Kami Huang

  • The absolute maximum ratings and section 1 of the datasheet allow up to 4.6 V.

To reduce the ringing, the signal line should be properly terminated. R275 should be placed at the beginning of the trace (i.e., at the MCU pin), and it should be large enough so that it matches the characteristic impedance of the trace. (I cannot read the Chinese.)
