Part Number: LMH6654 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMH6624 , OPA818 Hello friends,
We are looking for a replacement op-amp for LMH6654, because its operating temperature is too low.
The working frequency is 13.6MHz.
The following conditions need to…
Part Number: LMH6654 I'm working on a wide bandwidth signal amplifier. I want to use the LMH6654MF/NOPB as the final output stage. The last amplifier I used had an issue where it worked normally with a 50 ohm DC load, but when the output was AC coupled…
Part Number: LMH6654 Hi,
When the LMH6654 is off (no voltage on V, V-), how much leakage/ off current can be observed on the input pins (IN+/-) when a 1V -3.2V is applied? - the part is configured as unity gain buffer.
Are there protection diodes on the…
Part Number: LMH6654 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMH6723 Hello,
I'm currently using the LMH6654 in a prototype Load Transient Circuit for testing high power regulators. The amplifier drives a discrete AB output stage which then switches some load…
Part Number: LMH6654 I'm using the LMH6654 as a comparator for a project and I was wondering how to compensate for input offset in a circuit that uses the op amp in open loop configuration. All the solutions I come across provide only closed loop…
Hello Felix,
Both parts are older and I cannot find the overdrive recovery spec among data I have access to and can locate. My concern is the test was not performed when these devices were characterized, which is why the overdrive recovery specification…
Part Number: LMH6554 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMH6703 , LMH32401 , OPA855 , BUF802 , LMH6654 Hello, I am working on a summing circuit for the fast pulses produced by small Silicon Photo Multipliers. I refer here specifically to the ones from OnSemi…
Hello Jan,
There doesn't seem to be an amplifier that meets all of your requirements. The LMH6654 and SN10501 might work, however neither of the parts are Rail-to-Rail I/O.
Best,
