You may want to also look at the MSP-TS430RGC64C board in SLAU278 - that is the TI board recommended for evaluation purposes - is there something additional on that board that you need to incorporate?

Hi Mike,
I used custom board. After comparing my connection with TI target board "MSP-TS430RGC64C" I see difference.
The MSP430F5242 used pin RSTDVCC as RST_NMI. After change this pin on my board, all is OK.
