Part Number: REF3225 Recently we have been seeing a high failure rate on boards using the REF3225 part. We found that the shutdown current of the REF3225 was very high at 500uA (should be 1uA or less). The input (IN) of the REF3225 was powered by 3.6V…
Part Number: REF3225 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: REF3425 , dear :
I want to replace REF3225 with REF3425 directly, no change schematic, is it ok ? any influence in function application ?
Part Number: REF3425 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: REF3225 In the datasheet, section 7.5, the ENABLE pin leakage current is specified to be 1-2uA. Does this mean that there is a weak pulldown on the ENABLE pin? We would like to know if this pin can…
Part Number: REF3225-EP Does the output voltage range specified on page 4 of the part datasheet apply over the full temperature range (-55C to +125C)? It states "boldface limits apply over the listed temperature range", is this indicating that all of…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: REF3225 , REF3425 , TPS63002 the output of ref3225 is wrong ,the input voltage is 5v(VCC3),but yesterday the output of ref3225 is 2.6v,today the output of ref3225 is2.52v,please help me?
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: REF3225 before,wo use the supply power is 3.3v,the output of ref3225 is 2.5v,but now we use the supply power is 5v,the output of ref3225 is 2.49v or 2.54v or 2.56v
The schematic is the same, but the output of ref3225 are…
Part Number: REF3225 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: REF3425 , Hi Engineers,
I have a customer who constructed a schematic like enclosure. The Vin is 3.3v, and the whole system worked fine. But when he changed the Vin from 3.3v to 5v, the pin5 and pin6…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: REF3225 dear,my schematic is as follows,i want to control the enable pin by a singlechip, when the enable pin is 3.3, the pin 5 and 6 will output 2.5,but when the when the enable pin is 0,the the pin 5 and 6 will output 2.5…
Hi Songzhen,
I would highly recommend to use the REF3425 over the REF3225 as the REF3225 is NRND.
The REF1933 can also work for this application but it does have a 3.3V/1.65V rail instead of a 2.5V rail.
If you need REF19xx in 2.5V it will be the REF1925…
Part Number: INA827 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: REF3425 , , OPA330 , REF3225 , INA821 , OPA320 , REF5025 I am considering using the REF3425 voltage reference to bias the output of the INA827 instrumentation amplifier by 2.5V. I have two questions:
The…
