Part Number: SE556 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TLC555-Q1 Tool/software: Hello
I'm wondering what's the best way to build a PWM generator (that modulates an AC signal into PWM waveform) using one of the TI timers? I need PWM frequency to be 1Mhz…
Part Number: SE556 Support Path: /Product/Device selection assistance/ What is the difference between SE556J and SE556JB? (Not defined in the Datasheet)
Rod,
We have dual timers; TLC556 is nearly the same as two LMC555 timers.
We also have bipolar dual timers, NA556, NE556, SA556, SE556 which vary by temperature range.
The bipolar timers have strong source current drive.
The is with respect to the SE556J. On the SLFS023C document power dissipation is provided whereas on the SLFS023G it is calculated. See attached document. I am interesting in power dissipation at 25 C. From SLFS023C the power dissipation at 25 C is 1375…
