Thank you, Chi. I found this LVDS receiver in TI's portfolio. SN65LVDS4 1.8-V High-Speed Differential Line Receiver datasheet (Rev. A) Can this be used instead?
(1.8 V receivers like the SN65LVDS4 exist, but not with automotive qualification.)
At 1.8 V, the only device fast enough for 400 Mbps is an AUC buffer with overvoltage-tolerant input like the SN74AUC1G125, but it has no automotive qualification. The SN74AXC1T45…
Part Number: DS90CR286 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN65LVDS4 In our project, we are using DS90CR286 as camlink receiver IC and need to Map RXOut signals to FPGA. The FPGA we are using support only 1.8V bank. So please suggest a level translator for…
Hi Michael,
SN65LVDS2 / SN65LVDS4 seems similar to my application.
However, signal rate in my application is 1Gbps.
I think your recommendations operate up to 500Mbps.
Do you have other recommendation which is suitable to faster speed (1Gbps) ?
Thanks…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN65LVDS4 Hello.
I am having difficulty with an AC coupled LVDS system composed of a SN65LVDS105PW driver and a SN65LVDS4 receiver.
The circuit is constructed as recommended in the "AC-Coupling Between Differential LVPECL…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN65LVDS1 Which is the recommended driver to be used with the SN65LVDSLVDS4, a DIFFERENTIAL LINE DRIVER?
Is it the SN65LVDS1?
Hello Arun,
Thanks for reaching out.
Take a look at the SN65LVDS9637 . This device has an internal open-circuit fail safe and a max pulse skew of 400 ps, with a typical skew of 0 ps.
Most LVDS receivers don't come with an integrated fail-safe circuit,…
Hi Jyothi,
Apologies as I understood your concerns as the need for a transceiver / level shifter interfaced between the processor and the single-ended LVDS driver.
Without clarification on how many channels needed as well as the data rate, I would recommend…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN65LVDS4 Hello
Datasheets of SN65LVDS4 specifies lower limit of operation frequency as 10Mhz.
Same device is needed also for 1Mhz interface and Lab tests on EVM showed that it works fine also at 1Mhz.
please advise…
