Part Number: SN74AXC2T245-Q1 Hi TI Team,
I am contacting you today to ask a question regarding to the CAXC2T245QRSWRQ1 (SN74AXC2T245-Q1) part.
In my company we are currently designing a board that features an MCU where we want to be using an FTDI cable…
Part Number: SN74AXC2T245 Hello expert,
My customer is using SN74AXC2T245 in their application and they are afraid that there is leakage occurred when shutdown +3.3V on VCCB (VCCB=0V). May I know if there is possible to see the leakage in any scenario?…

I would like to ask any Voltage translator / Level Shifter / Buffer which support IO 0.75V - 1.2V with speed up 125MHz ?
Thanks
Part Number: TCA9617A Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74AXC2T245 , TXU0202 , Hi,
I've already use this device as SCI level shift from 1.8V to 3.3V.
But the datasheet says it's designed for IIC.
Are there any risk for me to use it as SCI interface…
Hi Clemens,
Thanks for your advice.
We have the issue when using TXB0102, so after that, TI engineer recommend use SN74AXC2T245 which has the transition rise/fall time is 10ns/V.
But I think 10ns/V still does not meet UART transition rise and fall time…
Two-channel translators with two direction pins have "245" after the "T". Unfortunately, there aren't many, and only up to 3.3 V: SN74AVC2T245, SN74AXC2T245.
The best choice is the TXU0202 (when it is available).
