Part Number: THS4275 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: THS4271 , OPA820 , The data sheet for this parts warns that above a variable temperature threshold, the device may exhibit unpredictable low level oscillations. We have a design which uses these parts…
Hello Stenzer,
To begin Kai’s points are correct in which he mentions that the voltages between the enable and disable levels are not meant to represent a hysteresis of 0.8V. The actual thresholds are somewhere within that range of voltages, but by setting…
Part Number: THS4275 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: THS4271 , TINA-TI Hi,
I'm designing a photo-diode interface: Iout(diode)=~4mA, Fout=~40MHz, Cdiode=~5pF.
The output current from the diode in my case is relatively high so the required gain is rather…
Hi Fan,
The reason is that the EVM shown in that image can be used for both the THS4271 and the THS4275.

You are right, this is very confusing. I will report this so we can get this fixed.
Thanks!

Liang,
I'm not an expert on amps, but take a look at the THS4275 or the OPA836. Both EVMs have differential inputs. You'll likely need to modify the boards/components to get it setup correctly.

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: THS4275 , THS3201 I tried to use a THS3201 or THS4275 in a TINA circuit design but found that there was only a P-SPICE model--- NO model, no symbol, and no circuit example for TINA. I do not have time to create these and…
