Hi Jared,
OPA314, TLV314, OPA316, TLV316, OPA376, and OPA377 are all auto qualified. Depending on the supply voltage the customer is using the OPA170, TLV170 and TLV171 might also work and are auto qualified.

When I evaluate the 1-ku cost, supply range and voltage offset the TLV314 looks to be a good option. Its typical voltage offset is 750 uV, with a 3 mV maximum. Here's a link to the datasheet:
