Josh,
The most basic supervisors we have are TLV803/TLV809/TLV810. These are simple 3 pin devices in either open-drain, push-pull output type and either active-low or active-high reset output.
Next level is the programmable delay supervisors such as…
Hi Larry,
If I am understanding your intended application correctly, it could be possible. Please keep in mind that you will need to limit the current so you do not exceed the current rating of the SVS. Also since Vdd is also the sense pin for the…
Hi,
TLV803 only comes in the one pinout. TLV863 is functionally equivalent to TLV803 but it comes in an alternative pinout.
The underscores are associated with the datecode for the device.
Very Respectfully,
Ryan
Hi Nilesh,
A simple fix to try to get rid of the issue that you are having is to replace the push-pull device with pin to pin replacement open drain part. The TLV803 is open drain which means that you can leave your pull-up resistor. With the open drain…
Hello Ahmed
There is no GPIO control for the LED D2 as it comes from the TLV803 Voltage Supervisory circuit. The only option would be to remove it from the board

Hello Robert,
TL7733B does not support VCC operation at 3.3V. To use this device, you would need to provide a separate voltage rail of >3.6V.
You could always look at a device such as TLV803S or TPS3839G33 which support VCC operation at 3.3V.
Let me…
Can you confirm that the circuit below is appropriate for using a reset IC on a spi-bi wire pin on the MSP430. I seem to have programming problems and I’m not sure what the cause is. Maybe the resistors are too large. The bottom picture is from the…
Hi Amit,
You can always use higher vlaue resistors so that the resistor divider in series is 4M Ohms as the fixed version uses. This will only add 1uA to your system. If you would like less components you can look into the 5V fixed version of the TPS3808…
I think that sounds like a promising solution. I found a similar hack here:
http://blog.psten.de/post/fuel-for-the-stellaris-rocket
His solution is to cut the trace between the cathode of D2 and the RESET line of the TLV803 voltage supervisor IC. It's…
