tPD_SKEW is specified as 40 ps (typical, at 25 °C). There is no guaranteed maximum.

Just now, customer come a new question about this forum, what type of jitter is it? Peak to peak jitter, RMS jitter?

the skew value that Clemens pointed you to is the mean value from a distribution of measurements; theoretically, that is slightly different than jitter which has some bandwidth limiting functions applied. The propagation delay skew is how much variation at the output we are seeing for a fixed input condition. Our datasheet did not specifically include a direct jitter value and we did not measure this on the device.
