INA901-SP: SEE,SET, LET reports?

Hi Team,

I have following request, can you please check and advise?

I couldn't find a report on single event effects for the INA901. There are TID and Displacement Damage reports in the system. If possible, can you send the SEE,SET, LET reports?

    Furkan,

    We are currently working on finishing the "Single Event Effects (SEE) Report" for the INA901-SP which will contain a description of SETs and characterization at different LETs. Preliminary information is available upon request on a case-by-case basis.
